OPEN CASE PENDING SINCE MARCH- NEED TO CHAT WITH EBAY HUMAN

Hello all,

I have had an open case with eBay that was put on hold on the 6th of March. Since then nothing has been resolved, the seller is completely ignoring me, and It has been impossible to chat with a human in ebay. Any advice how I can actually call eBay and talk with a real person?

You have to first chat with AI. Then, just keep posting that you want a live agent to contact you. You will finally get the option to "ask EBay to call you. (If you scroll down, it will be a blue box at bottom of page). A live agent will actually call you!
