How to fix glitch, annoying pop up"oops something went wrong " image has hangers falling off a rack. Can't attach cause this section won't allow attachments

When I check my selling button, the image pops up , I'd attach the image, but I can't do on this platform. I'm still able to see my selling list but it keeps popping up. It's an image of a coat rack with hangers coming off the coat hanger stating " oops something went wrong" it's only on one of my ebay accounts. Not sure if they need to do a refresh on their system. I've cleared cache on browser and app and tried a restart with no luck.

Try a different device to rule out a device issue.

Make sure eBay browser links are not opening in the eBay app automatically, then try the browser again.

What operating system version number and app version number are you using?

If uninstalling/restarting/reinstalling does not help or if your operating system does not support the latest version of the eBay app, report the issue to eBay by shaking your device while the app is active if you can, then uninstall the app or disable the feature that automatically opens eBay browser links in the app and use a browser to reach ebay.com instead.

Try a different link to reach various selling pages.
