Ongoing Issues w/ processing times on listing (editing, ending, display)

This has been happening ever since the big crash. It's frustrating and if this is a problem, what other problems are going on with processing? What oddness appears to a buyer?
Here is the scenario: VERY TEDIOUS AND FRUSTRATING.. (after I say this, I might be able to figure out what the actual issue is and can say it more programmatically).
This whole scenario rundown is just symptoms of one program not multiples.
- End 100 Listings and Go to Inactive Folder/Link: No items appear in Inactive "There are no items to relist" . Over time, and refreshes, items start to appear. I have to wait a considerable amount of time (probably around 2 to 3 minutes or more) for the listings that I ended to populate.
- After Bulk Editing the 1st 50, Submitting, Then deleting those out of the Inactive: All items in the Inactive display are gone. "There are no items to relist". Same as #1, have to wait for them to repopulate, and sometimes when it does, it will have a stray listing I had already submitted and deleted, reappear. Also, before they are viewable, the filter has counted them, showing the item count in the filter control.
- Return to Active Listings to Repeat for Another 100: "Looks like You Have No Active Listings". Refresh and wait until something populates. BUT there is nothing on the paginated #1 (still blank). Click on #2 and listings appear, pagination recovers to be correct
