Ongoing issue still not fixed (1 of many)
While setting here revising due to ebay messing up the compat chart listings, as I review each listing, some I have set to offer the bulk discount levels (3 drop down columns for % discounts) and have decided to not offer the bulk discount on some and as such click the slide bar to stop the offer and finish revising the listing. Upon proof reading, (a must with ebay) I notice that the % discount is still there...so I wait, doing another listing and come back later and still offering the bulk discount...I have to go in and revise those listing a couple times before it sticks, no longer offering the bulk offer....If you are a seller who also changes the bulk offer,it would be really wise to double/triple check that it did turn off, otherwise you will get a surprise when someone buys in bulk. This is NOT a recent issue cropping up, it has been ongoing for over a year, as well as reported. So either ebay has no clue how to fix it, or just does not care.

·6 months agoI've noticed the Volume Discounts will be sticky and keep reverting on the listing form. I often have to go back and edit that field a second time before publishing revisions to a listing.
You may find it easier to end/delete the Volume Discount from your Discounts management page rather than editing on the listing form.

OP6 months agoIt aggravated me enough yesterday that I spent about an hour on it trying various ways to out think it, and found a work around...a simple one that works, when you click the toggle to off, if you look at the ovaled area where it slides back and forth, you will notice when slid off(left side) that the area on the right turns a lt grey, if you click it again the lt grey changes to the off white color and the change sticks. It is the toggle not shutting/switching off completely, while it looks like the toggle is off, it is not fully off...may be a point to start looking at how to fix.
