Offers do not appear in messages
A couple months ago, I would get an alert to offers coming via email to me personally.
However, they don't appear on the messages page.
Often, the offer literally disappears.
eBay does not like us doing any kind of eBay related communications outside that website.
I can't find the offers to accept/decline them.
I have contacted eBay about it. Of course, nothing happened.

·1 week agoThis has been ongoing for about 2 months now. Called numerous times, told it would be addressed. Never did. And obviously it's not going to be. Can only be seen on the bell icon and once you click it it's gone. So, you better respond right away.
This is the new AI. Keeps getting worse every day. Ruined ebay for good.
Ebay doesn't care. We all need to go elswhere.

Yes, I don't get offers in messages anymore either and I would prefer to get them there.
Meanwhile, current offers from buyers are at the top of the overview page
