NOT TRACKING SAVED BUYERS
I have one listing that Is not tracking saved interest buyers, I think it has a glitch, because, I have a total of 15 saved potential buyers, but it says I only have one potential buyer on the webpage, but when I look it up on the sellers hub, it shows 15, which it was in the first place, this started a day ago. Can anyone help?

·1 week agoAre you talking about in your Seller Hub, where you can see watcher numbers on your Active Listings?
Keep in mind that buyers CAN set their site preferences NOT to allow for offers from sellers. So the difference may be that you have several watchers that do not want you to contact them with an offer. I'm not sure that is the reason, but it sound reasonable.

OP1 week agoHi, thank you, yesterday my watch list showed 15 watchers and showed 15 watchers on the website, a few hours later it showed one watcher on the website and 15 watchers in the sellers hub, no 14 potential buyers decided to turn off their preferences at the same time, so something is wrong

·1 week agoMaybe yes, maybe no. Hard to say. If you have 15 watchers showing in your Seller Hub under send Eligible Offers. Sent the offers and see what happens.
