Not Receiving Email Notifications When things sell
This has happened before. Not receiving Notifications by email when things sell. Mail Settings are fine. Restarted I-Phone and computer, been a problem since Saturday. Anyone else having this problem?

·5 months agoThis began happening to me on Thursday. And it continues today, along with not receiving emails when I list something. I'm receiving no emails at all from eBay today.

·5 months agoI had an order email delayed by about 20 minutes yesterday. It happens occasionally. Best to check your pending orders daily on the website.
Unfortunately, restarting your phone or PC won't do anything to fix ebay's email servers.

·5 months agoWho or whatever is running eBay now is failing. My buyer didn't even get the shipping services I offered and I'm going to refund the difference to him. I've been selling for over 20 years on there and now having to consider switching to FB Marketplace, Amazon or something else.

·5 months agoRelying on email to know when you have an order is a sure way to miss an order. There are several things that can go wrong that prevent an email from getting to you. The best thing you can do is start checking the app or website daily. It takes just seconds to do.

·5 months agoThey didn't notify us about these changes and notifying of a sale is important. They also didn't show the buyer about shipping options, which I added at his request when auction was still live. Now I'm having to refund the shipping difference to him. The chatbot actually lied when it stated they don't send notices about items sold and not as a result of policy changes. Being lied to by a chatbot is infuriating.

·5 months agoYes. Same problem here. I had a eBay chat and was told they "don't send sold notices and that this not a new policy"! What? I'm done with them.
