Not receiving Best Offer Notices.
Best offer notice emails only showing up from my internet provider (AOL) and not showing up in my inbox on ebay. Been going on for about a month. Fixed itself for a couple days then went back to not receiving. have not changed any of my preference settings. Anyone else experience this? Ebay AI doesn't seen to understand the issue, keeps repeating to check preferences.

·3 weeks agoYes, happening to me too. I have also gotten the email and searched the item in my actives, opened it and there are no offers to review. It is beyond being a glitch.

·3 weeks agoYes, we have been having the same issue. For about a month. It's annoying, but I guess at least I can see them on our other email. I did notice that at least I am getting a notification that there is a offer on my overview page. So I can see it there. Just hope they can get a handle on some of these issues. Seems like they fix one thing and it messes up 3 other things.
