eBay is not here; this is a user forum.
Either there was a mistake, or the seller shipped the wrong item on purpose. Either way, you are covered by eBay's money back guarantee, just as any eBay buyer is covered.
If you received one thing instead of another, you should file a "not as described" return. The seller will provide for return shipping and refund you when the item has been returned. Then you can place another order for the item you originally wanted, and the seller can either ship it to the rightful buyer (if there was one), or refund that buyer and sell the item to someone else.

And, I don't know where you are looking, but you DID receive an answer.
