Not allowing postage to be entered
Every time I go to set up postage with weight and dimensions on a new listing fails to register it, then unable to back. This has happened for the last few days. Very frustrating.

With this prepaid label, you also benefit from the extra protections offered by this program. You're covered up to $200 if the item is lost or damaged in transit, and we'll handle claims directly with your buyers so you don’t have to. OP2 weeks agoI understand that. This isn't the issue. The issue is When I enter in weight and dimensions and hit done it freezes and says something went wrong and won't enter the information in. Then when I try to go back to home page an error page comes up and I have to wait before being able to get back in to the website all together.
