Not able to upload files for appeal
I am trying to upload files for my appeal but I am getting the error message "We are unable to upload your file(s). Please try again." even though the file is less than the size limit (495kb) and the correct format (png). Please let me know if anyone has any tips.

·4 months agoSame here, I am Not able to reply to a dispute a buyer had initiated. I get to the uploading an image section and whatever format size I try that is allowed it does not take it. This could be a glitch or intentional as well. I am hoping it is a GLITCH. I called customer service and they provided a link to reply with my rebuttal, but I am skeptical it will be updated on my dispute page, and they will let the page expire and rule in favor of the buyer. I wanted to submit this before the dispute page expires on May 10th and hope it works as proof that I did reply and be able to appeal.

·4 months agoI'm experiencing the same issue, over the course of multiple days and despite using multiple browsers and different file types. Really strange––I need to appeal a case but can't! eBay, please fix this...

·2 years agoThis has been a thing for months now then, I had a case I ended up not being able to appeal back in March due to this exact issue.

·1 year agoIt wouldn't let me do it either, then I switched to my Ebay phone app and it worked perfectly

·2 years agoThursday night maintenance can cause a few (more) functions not to work. It should be over in few hours, worth a wait and see unless there is some deadline you are facing.
