Not able to sell on ebay.
I am trying to sell an item and bids are not showing up. email offers when opened show no offer made. When I go to messages and find the offer was declined, how and why?
I sent customer email through Ebay and they responded that they could not update the offer in Ebay, there must be a problem on my end. I want to accept the offer made for $47.47.
Please review my account and advise.

OP3 weeks agoYes. I looked in messages with an Ebay representative and she couldn't find out the reason why the bids didn't show up on the account.

·3 weeks agoI said to check My eBay under selling or bids/offers not messages. When you click on the item under selling you should see a notification that you have received an offer.

OP3 weeks agoThere was no offer under notification. Thats why I looked at messages as requested by the representative.

You only have one item with a bid on it, the gold chain. Once that bid was made, the offer window is closed on that item closed/ended.

If you have more then 12 hours simply change the selling price to $47.47 as a buy it now.
You have make an offer turned on in that listing. Did the buyer make the offer using that? If via email, that isn't how it works.
OR are you trying to instigate the offer?
You are not contacting eBay customer service so we cannot see your account.

OP3 weeks agoThe buyer made a previous offer, another buyer increased the offer, but it did not show as a bid. The 1st buyer then sent an increased offer which I tried to respond to but the system said that I had no offers.
