Not able to place bids
I am repeatedly trying to place a bid on an item, and the system keeps encountering an error. I tested on another item - same thing. I also have items listed - that means others can't do the same for what I am listing since there seems to be a site-wide issue. Ebay! you need to pay attention to this and fix it!
