None of my 2000 Active Listings are showing up
This issue has been happening for nearly a month at this point but I am supposed to have over 2000 Active Listings. However none of them are showing up on my storefront.
Additionally if you try to search for any of them in the general eBay search bar, they won't show up there either.

Anyone have any idea what's happening?
I checked dozens of times to make sure that I'm not on Vacation/Time-Away.
Additionally my account is not selling restricted.
I've called into the Concierge a number of times and they cannot help me - They've confirmed that I'm not selling restricted and my listing settings look correct in terms of shipping countries.
My listings are enabled to sell in domestic (USA). I am not blacklisting any addresses either in my personal settings nor in the Listings themselves.
I've tried editing shipping settings, creating new listings (I've added nearly a hundred) in the past month and none of them are showing up.
Any ideas? This is the only form of income that I have in order to support my family of 5 and we've essentially lost a month of income at this point.

·2 years agoFirst off I would like to apologize for the last commenter Janet's post. It's super rude, so unhelpful and none of needed to be said. To go out of your way to criticize someone for doing what millions of people do on public forum is so gross when the original poster is just looking for help. Tons of people only have one revenue stream. Janet should be ashamed of herself for going out of her way to leave that unhelpful comment.
I have never had this happen to me but I was thinking what if you put your store in vacation mode or turn it off for a day and see if it resets when the time is up. Just an idea, I have no idea if it would work but I thought maybe it would be worth a shot to try. Good luck, I hope this fixes for you soon!

it is never a good idea to put all of your eggs in one basket.
Time to try something different.

·2 years agoThat is bizarre! Could not find them either when I clicked on "View Listings".
But you HAVE made some sales as recently as October 31st, so someone was able to find them.
