·2 years agoWith International buyers and you in EIS there is no combined shipping at this time.
I think its hurts sellers and probably because buyers can't ask a "shipping total" they might just walk away from the sale or not even buy.
I opt-out of EIS and ship USPS where I can combine all items and add the same tracking to all items. And I can refund buyer any additional shipping not needed.
A lot of buyers only buy one item....something programmers assume. But then we have those buyers who buy many items....International....thus .30 per sale and fee on each item plus shipping + tax+ International fee.
Why would someone want to change that to one .30 fee with total shipping fee instead of multiples?

If it is you are required to ship in separate packages and cannot combine. The only other option is to cancel the orders and create one single listing with all the items on the same listing for the buyer to purchase.
eBay International Shipping (eIS) is in the very early stages of rolling out combined shipping, but if your account is not one of the early ones (as of about a week ago) then you are still bound by the info on the policy page.
