No Schedule Start Time Available For My Listings

I have used on eBay for around seven years listing and selling many items. When I would create a listing, I go to the priceing, and schedule a starting time for the listing. I recently turned eighteen, so I started an account apart from my father's. The scheduling worked for the first few weeks, and then it froze up. I wasn't able to change it at all or create it differently on other or new listings. Then the function totally disapeared. The function no longer exists for any of the listings I create, and now I am unable to schedule any of my listings for a particular time. I go the pricing section, but there is no "more options" dropdown to toggle and no alternative way to set it. I have everything up to date on my device, I deleted and re-signed in, and I restarted my different devices and the app, yet none of it fixed the problem. My father's account is totally normal and hasn't changed even though our versions of the app are the same. My formatting for my listing is also very slightly different from his and how it was. When I click on a draft, it takes me through a seperate process of putting info in that it didn't previously do.
In all I think it is an account problem that I am unable to fix. I sent in a report of the bug, yet I got no response.
