No orders & ZERO traffic to my store?
No orders coming in and I checked the Seller Hub under the Performance Tab -> Traffic and it says ZERO traffic to my store. Anyone else having no traffic/orders? What's going on?

·1 year agoHi, Here in New Jersey good things seem to come in waves. Often we will have 5 or 6 days of great sales then suddenly the lights will go out for a few days. Likely - just the normal Ups and Downs of retail sales. We just accept the bad with the good though & dont' stress over it. Good Luck! (J.B. From N.J.)
No orders coming in? Really? You had about 118 or so sales this month...which to me is pretty good.

OP1 year agoThanks, guys, for your replies! All of a sudden on my Traffic report, all the bar graphs are back (back from ZERO traffic and zero bars) and immediately got a sale, but then the buyer said they had the wrong address entered into ebay and canceled their order and they haven't re-ordered yet. All within minutes of my post. Very odd. But certainly glad to see the traffic portion populated. Now only if the sales truly begin and the 'Crickets' go away...

Well I have about 1 or 2 orders a day and that is nothing. I think it is the state of our country and people are concerned. They are not spending money… I have traffic ..which is down..but few sales.

Possibly but it also may be that you are selling items that no one wants and is in a category flooded with similar if not cheaper items. I hope it improves for you. YMMV

Everyone is entitled to having an opinion, but you're not entitled to having your opinion respected.
Have a contingency plan and adapt to changes. IMHO

·1 year agoThat is nice weather and a beautiful part of the country. I would play the Camarillo Springs golf course when i was in that area. Great scenery and mountain views throughout the course.
