No longer receiving daily e-mail alerts for saved searches
I have several saved searches set up for daily e-mail alerts, but have not received any in my gmail inbox. I manually checked the saved search in ebay and found new listings were posted in the previous 24 hours, so I should have received the alert. Ebay emails are not going to my spam or trash folders (I checked). I receive other ebay e-mails regarding specific purchases and bids. I am just not seeing any of the daily alerts I use to see for saved searches. How do I get the daily alerts again?

·2 years agoI am no longer receiving mine either. I chatted with an eBay representative and they told me they would put in a ticket for the problem. They seemed unaware of it even though the issue is apparently systemwide!

·2 years agoI wonder if ebay is treating this as just an "individual ticket problem" when resolving...or if they need to assess system wide for everyone??? Should I file a request as well? 🤔🤔🤔

·2 years agoFollowing!! Starting last Monday, 9/25/2023, I too am not receiving a single daily email for any of my saved ebay searches. Everything is set correctly and active, as before, on my end. Why have they stopped ?
