I am not receiving any email from ebay.
Furthermore, every attempt at using their help system just sends me to an AI dead end, with no actually way to contact anyone for help.
At first, I thought it was just sold item emails that were not coming in, when I missed to separate sales. But then I realized I am getting NO emails from ebay at all. When I buy or when I sell, its radio silence.
The email in my profile is correct.
My notification preferences are set to send me emails for a whole slew of different things.
There is no ebay mail in my junk mail folder.
There is other email from other sources in my inbox, so I know the address is working.
Any ideas how to fix this? Else I'm going to keep missing sales since I don't get any notifications.
Please don't suggest i "just use your phone", I don't do ebaying on a tiny phone screen and I'm not going to start.
ALSO, i DO get emails from the ebay partner program still. But nothing from "regular" ebay about buying or selling.

·3 weeks ago@l008com Because you aren't aware of how to contact Ebay does NOT mean there is no other ways in which to contact Ebay. It ONLY means you are not aware of your options.
At the top and bottom of every Ebay page there is a link to contact Customer Service.
Here are your options for contacting Ebay Customer Service. Please be aware that for social media CS, you send them a Private Message and briefly explain what your problem or issue is. Feel free to leave your Name, address, phone number and/or your email address in this message. It is private and secure and it may help to speed up the response for you.

https://www.instagram.com/ebayforsellers/
Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT or ask an Agent to call you, in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.
If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.
If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.

From this link you can request Ebay to call you in the USA. The option is available when Staff is available to respond, so NOT 24/7/365.

Check "all mail", check other filters, check your trash. Make sure you are not sending eBay email to a different folder. Make sure your email settings have not changed.
If you use an email client, sign in to your actual email provider account and make sure the email messages are being sent to your client (not all of them may be).
Try another email address for eBay to see if that works better.
Don't rely entirely on email notifications; they are not consistent enough if you are selling.
You can try contacting eBay via Instagram direct message, but unless the problem is on eBay's end, that may not accomplish much.

For several days now, there have been reports that verification emails are not being received at the ebay developers program, and I haven't been receiving any emails about selling items since early August either...
