New message system missing customers order number and link to order | Report eBay Technical Issues

Ok so the new message sytem seems mandatory today, which is fine but it needs a major fix. We need ebay to show our customers order number and a link to their order in customers messages on new ststem, its very important, otherwise we have to search customers ebay id and they may have multiple orders. How can we help customers when when we do not know which order they are referring to? Ezbay please fix this ASAP.
