The app is problematic for a lot of users (including app crashing) because of eBay Live autoplay. My hope is this weekend's app update will fix it. Try to hang in for a couple more days and use the web browser for now until the next app update launches.
I also suggest submitting feedback to eBay - it's fast and easy and eBay does review these reports.
Options through the app:
1. Shake your device while the app is open and that will trigger the option for you to file a tech report or submit feedback on product features.
2. Anywhere you see the three dots or the ? you can tap on that to file a report. Screenshot below.
On the web:
Click the ? icon on the bottom right corner of almost any eBay page and that will trigger the option to file a tech report, submit feedback to eBay, and more. Screenshots here.

·5 months agoI'll join that club. I only buy but avoid my eBay homepage and doing any searches lately.
I don't want to have to see those obnoxious ads. Some say ignore them, hard to do when my whole home page is nothing but an affront to the senses.
Clicking "Saved" below the search bar is a little better but just because I saved a seller doesn't mean I want to see all the stuff they sell that I'm not interested in. A workaround sort of.................
