New "get shipping label" screen changed
The "get shipping label" screen no longer displays the actual "quantity" of the item sold in the red circle anymore. Only displays "1 item". Why was this changed? Its very inconvenient and time consuming to have to double check.

·4 months agoCalled ebay to discuss this situation and of course the customer service representative was clueless to any change that has been made.

·4 months agoI agree. We would click on the listing to carry it into another screen to get all of the parts numbers for the order we are shipping. Can't do that now with this "new" label screen. Twice as much work!

·4 months agoSimply put, eBay is 100% committed to complicating what used to be simple, changing what was once great, & breaking whatever worked previously. It is the most glitchy online marketplace site in the world & customer support is basically worthless AI at this point.
