Negative feedback not posted on seller's page

I bought an item on ebay that did not arrive. Upon inquiry I found that the seller used Aquiline shipping and Aquiline tracking. After Googling Aquiline shipping and Aquiline tracking I found that many people regarded Aquiline as a scam. I alerted the seller of this and demanded a replacement, but the seller did not respond specifically but sent a form response instead that did not answer my finding. I subsequently submitted a negative review but do not see it posted on the seller's page even a week or more later. Does ebay disregard buyer's negative feedbacks? Why is my feedback not posted?

I see a lengthy negative feedback left for a seller within the past 6 months, and it shows on the seller's page. Is that it?

That one translates to this so I don't believe that's it. FWIW, this one should have been removed too.
