My account was restricted due to high-risk selling activity. I would like to clarify the situation regarding the following order. The order was placed on April 15, 2026, shipped on April 17, 2026, and the tracking information was uploaded accordingly. On April 21, 2026, the buyer opened eight separate Item Not Received (INR) cases related to this order. These multiple INR cases were opened before the expected delivery timeframe had passed and while the package was still in transit. Meanwhile, eBay restricted my account.The tracking information later confirmed that the package was successfully delivered to the buyer before the expected delivery date set by eBay. After confirming the delivery, the INR cases were closed and the related defects were removed from my account.My account performance metrics remain compliant, including my seller level, service metrics, and buyer experience standards.In this situation, I contacted eBay's customer department to review my account and appeal the restriction, as I did not receive any appeal button or link for this restriction.I am the father of two children, and selling on eBay is my full-time job, which is essential to my livelihood.
