My store shows "sold out", but I have active listings
Customers are finding my listings by description, but when they click "see other items from this seller" it shows "we are sold out, but here are some other stores you might be interested in ". So my listings are active and can be purchased, but my store seems empty. This was brought to my attention from a regular customer, and I've tested it myself.
I pay to have a basic store here, so I'm really upset that it's showing up empty and I'm losing out on sales.
I checked my settings and everything seems alright, so not sure what the issue might be

You could be signed into the wrong eBay site. Currently you are logged into eBay.com, if you don't ship to the United States you won't see any active listings. I am in the United States I can't see your listings either. Try https://ebay.be
ETA: I just used the link I posted above to see your listings.

OP2 years agoI ship worldwide, I checked that in my settings. The customer I talked about is from the US though. Could it be that they need to go to ebay.be to see all my listings?

It's odd though, because I'm sure I'm shipping worldwide and by description you can find my listings on ebay.com, it's just my store that's showing up empty there
You may ship worldwide, but not to the United States. If you did I would be able to see your items on eBay.com.

·2 years agoYou do ship to the US, but your listings may not be shown in a "default" item location search if the shipping time is too long or if customs is an issue. Changing to a "worldwide" item location shows your items for me when I search:

I saw this once before and the seller was suspended. I was able to see items in their store when the suspension ended.
This is the U.S. board and looks like you are overseas. Perhaps check on the UK board as perhaps different overseas.

OP2 years agoNo, I checked that, I'm not suspended. I can put up listings and actually just sold an item too
