My Sold Item Does Not Appear Under Orders or Awaiting Payment
Hello,
I sold an item 3 days ago, but I did not receive any notifications or emails. The item did not appear under my “Orders†or “Awaiting Payment.†I was lucky enough to notice this while I was double checking my inventory today and could only view the listing from an old email link. Strangely, I can’t ship this item out because it doesn’t show up on my seller “Tasks.†Stumped at what to do. Any help would be appreciated.

what item (number) of yours "sold"?

How odd. It's been paid for, correct? If the above link doesn't show it either, try this one next. There should be a green bar running across the top that says "You sold this item on July 26, 2025 | View order details". Clicking anywhere after the | should bring you to the order page where you can hit "Get a label" and get it shipped:

OP1 year agoIt’s not there under the first link. When I click on the second link, I do see the green bar, but instead of “View order details†it said “Relist.â€
I’m not sure if it’s been paid for yet because I can’t find the order details anywhere.

OP1 year agoI do not actually. I suppose this means the buyer hasn’t paid and I may be okay to just ignore this sale?

·1 year agoI'd send a DM to customer service through one of their social channels and alert them to the error, and get their 'OK' to relist. Ask them to put a note on your account and tell you if the order suddenly pops up, you won't be penalized if you need to cancel because it already resold through the relist.
Up to you but I'd get that safety net in place and once that's done go ahead and relist.
