My listings show only to put on watchlist but not to buy.
Is anyone else having this problem? My listings don't give customer opportunity to buy my items, only to put on watch list. Ebay says everything fine.

·5 months agoIam having this same issue all of a sudden with all of my listings, they were all fine and now no bid option and people are complaining about it. What is the solution? Is ebay working on the problem?

·5 months agoThe issue only affects sellers looking at their own listings using the Seller Hub link.
Buyers still have the option to bid or buy.

·5 months agoPulled up one of your listings. Gives me the options of buying it now, making an offer or adding to watch list.
How do you know they don't give the customer the opportunity to buy an item? Is that potential buyer located in a place you don't ship to?

·5 months agoYes...I know exactly what you are talking about. I experienced this on the 9th and grabbed a couple Screenshots because it affected every listing I visually brought up. I see now as others are indicating, it is via the Hyperlink from Seller Hub only.

·5 months agoThe issue is that the link to your listing in your Seller Hub leads to a page that does not have a "buy it now" button.
The link your buyers are using from search results leads to a page that does show the "buy it now" button.

·5 months agoeBay has changed the link from Seller Hub; there is nothing for you to do.
