Multiple Buyer Issues This Morning
I had 2 sales this morning; both through authenticity guarantee. One was purchased 5 days ago through best offer. This sale was never paid and we are unable to send invoices on these items - ebay says they invoice and send reminder on these. Clearly they are not alerting buyers when their offer is accepted because this is happening on many of my sales, I am having to reach out through messages and IF they check they see it was accepted. The other sale is not international but ebay added $200 to sale price, something is awry. Screenshots below. I know this is a sellers forum but I am hoping someone from eBay sees this since there is no way to speak to anyone anymore. Also, to let other sellers know to send alot of follow up messages to offers accepted.
