More coupon nonsense
Up until a few months ago a coupon code actually functioned like a coupon code, now it's just another sale. Coupons are automatically applied and cannot be changed so they're entirely useless for tracking purposes. I have ...had...several codes that I offered potential customers and established customers, which had varying discounts. Now, that is gone. Please bring back the normal coupon function, where customers have to manually enter them and they can be changed by the customer. This current set up is pure trash.
Also, is there a way to get the stupid "eligible to send offer" widget off the landing page? I get anywhere from 50-150 of these dumb notifications a day and I absolutely do not want to see them when I'm already running a sale. I am never going to offer any buyer an additional discount over a sale price and this stupid thing cannot be dismissed or disabled. It's as annoying as not being able to change coupon codes.

OP10 months agoNow I can't send offers at all. I lowered my discount to 15% so I could send out 5% off offers, just to keep them cleared, and now I get this...
