Missing listing, when I try to list

Just listed 15 listing but only 5 are showing to be active in my eBay shop, the other ten have disappeared, I use the app to list, it let me create a listing I can even preview it, but when I click list now it doesn't show in my active page, spent four hours listing trying different ways to list, in the end I phoned eBay, they are MEANT to be calling me back within 24 hours, and now they say there is a software problem at eBay, but unsure how long it will take them to fix, hopefully they will call back, but in my experience of being an ebay seller, the customer service tends to be poor

·2 weeks agoThere are many threads on this very subject. I mean lots and lots and lots of them.
Ebay is aware of this issue. The Product team is aware that the issue of seller's ended listings, newly listed listings and relisted listings are not showing in active listing page or draft listings page or in inactive section. There is an open ticket under ALERT17029 and they are working on a solution asap.

·2 weeks agoLoads of glitches today as things aren't working in real time. Can we get this fixed please. Ended and not relisted shows # ended but they aren't there. Shows a offer to send but its not there. Home page is telling me I have a new order to ship but its already been completed a couple hours ago. It appears the whole system went on break and still hasn't returned off break.
