Messages to sellers
I am unable to send messages to sellers via the app, not just one seller, ALL sellers. Click contact seller and it just comes up says ai enabled and there’s no box to type in.

What operating system version number and app version number are you using?
If uninstalling/restarting/reinstalling does not help or if your operating system does not support the latest version of the eBay app, report the issue to eBay by shaking your device while the app is active if you can, then uninstall the app or disable the feature that automatically opens eBay browser links in the app and use a browser to reach ebay.com instead and message your sellers that way.
I seem to be able to use the message feature with eBay app version 6.257.1.1 for Android.

OP4 months agoJust using an iPhone 17 pro max fully updated and the ebay app is updated as well.
