Messages are showing in some sort of split view today

Messages are showing in some sort of split view today. It looks like this on PCs. Very hard to write a message vertically. Please put it back to wide view or tell us how to do it on our end. Thanks

·4 months agoThe same thing occurs on ebay.co.uk and ebay.ca.
If you have messages from members forwarded to your email address, you should be able to read and reply to the emails directly rather than going through the eBay message inbox and its clunky interface.
Use the "Updated messaging feedback" link in the lower right of the message inbox page to let eBay know about it.

Understood. You should be able to send initial messages using the clunky message interface, it is just hard to read as you are composing it. Apparently the messages that are received are formatted correctly.
