Mark as sent button not working
I need to return an item
i have returned it via courier and when I open the return request page, I press on the button “mark as sent”
it then proceeds for me to confirm the return shipping number
when I press the confirm button it doesn’t proceed any further
in result I can’t finish the return process as it won’t let me inform the sender that I’ve sent it back which is hindering my claim

·4 months agoEbay went all degrees of wonky on Sunday and has been mostly restored but there still may be hiccups for some. Just to try, can you try through another browser?

OP4 months agoThanks I was unaware of the Sunday issue.
yep I’ve tried different browsers, an iPhone, iPad and an android tablet same issue unfortunately
