Mandatory single 'Size' field breaks Multi-Variation listings (No 'Create Your Own' or 'See Variations')
The system is currently forcing sellers to select a single-value 'Size' from a restricted dropdown menu, which completely conflicts with listings that carry multiple size variations.
Key Issues Identified:
No Range Entry: Entering a range (e.g., covering multiple sizes) triggers an
"Is not a valid value for Size"error.Missing Multi-Option Values: Dropdown menus lack flexible options such as
See Variations,Does Not Apply, orVarious.Disabled Custom Entry: The predefined options do not cover many valid size combinations, and the "Create your own" option is completely disabled for this field.
Inaccurate Search Data: Sellers are forced to pick an arbitrary single size for a listing that contains dozens of different size/color combinations, resulting in inaccurate filtering for buyers.
This is a systemic issue across all multi-variation listings with complex sizing options. Forcing a single-size constraint on a multi-variation listing creates listing errors and prevents sellers from publishing their full inventory properly.
eBay Team: Please update the Item Specifics requirement so that the single 'Size' field becomes optional or accepts "See Variations" / custom entries when 'Variations' are active.
