Making an offer

Theres a techical issue with my account, i cant currently make offers, when i make an offer it just says order confimed however nothing happens apart from it saying theres an issue.

·5 months agoMine is doing same!! Very frustrating. I messaged seller and told them amount im offering and asked them to send me offer. I can accept offers or send a counteroffer. But if I initiate i get a green screen that looks like I bought it when I didn't.

However, are you certain the seller ships to your location?
