'Make offer' functionality not working as expected
Hello, I've tried to make an offer for a listing a dozen times, but keep receiving:
I've tried different browsers and three different payment methods (paypal, two separate cards), and have successfully made offers recently before hitting this snag. I'm not sure why it is happening.
[Edit]: I was able to make the offer through the app using the same payment method (paypal). When the offer was accepted, the payment failed. When I went to pay for it manually after (still using the same payment method, paypal), the payment went through. It is not clear why paying manually worked, but making an offer and having Ebay pull did not, when they are using the same payment method.
