Make an offer does't check default shipping address before rejecting offer due to shipping location
Shipping country (default shipping address) is different from registration country.
When buying using "make an offer" I get message "Unfortunately, this item cannot be shipped to...." but when using "Buy it now" there is no problem and default shipping address loading up normally.
