Locked out of ebay and my store. Advice Please!
ebay thinks that somebody tried to hack my account so they froze it and told me that I have to reset my password. Not a problem except that I'm not getting the email with the 6 digit code to do it. Nothing is blocked
on my email program and there isn't an active spam folder. I have no idea where the emails are going. I've called "Customer Service" multiple times and all I get is a big run around. Any suggestions?

OP5 months ago"Customer Service" says it's the same email that I've used on here for the last 22 years. I checked every folder on every email account I have. Nothing. I'm not getting them. It wasn't hacked. They tried to log on too many times and ebay froze it.

Is it possible your email address on eBay has been changed, and that is why you are not receiving your emails from eBay?
