Live chat option is gone
I need to get into contact with eBay support relating to a seller thats refusing to refund me for a product they never sent... The seller told me to go to eBay for a refund, so I spoke to eBay support about it a few days ago and they gave me instructions to give to the seller so they can refund me. But the seller is still refusing to refund me and just sending the same message over and over and telling me to go to support about it, but now the option to live chat with an agent is gone, It is only giving me the option to call.
I am unable to just call because I recently had oral surgery and I am unable to speak. Live chat is the only option I have and its not showing up. I dont know how to get it back. 😞

OP1 year agoI am currently attemping to speak to eBay through Twitter, but each message back is about 10-15 minutes apart... its ridiculous. 😞 I wish I could just use live chat, I don't get why the option is suddenly gone?
