Guys, what is going on here? Maybe enough sellers don't use this feature so there is not a lot of importance placed on it? I don't know - but it is a great tool that I use every single time it comes through - and I finally start seeing them again only to not be able to download it.
Yes, I have tried since yesterday - this one is obviously not going to download for me 😕 My goodness can we fix this please??
Have you tried using a different browser? Or, maybe clearing your eBay cookies might do the trick. I am sorry this is happening to you. I understand how frustrating it is.
You can also report the issue to eBay by clicking the ? at the bottom right of the page.

You may want to try to download again. I successfully downloaded the report a little while ago.
