Listings not showing up as active in my store
Summary: Participants are experiencing issues with their listings not appearing as active on a selling platform. Many have reported that newly listed items, as well as items moved from drafts or inactive sections, are missing. devon@ebay acknowledged the problem and mentioned an ongoing effort to resolve it under ticket ALERT17029. Participants express frustration, as this disruption affects their ability to make sales.
Wanted to add to the growing list of reported issues that anything I've tried to list today is not showing up in my active listings. they are no longer in drafts and are not in the inactive section either. so just MIA until ebay sorts this out - you'd think if this is effecting many, they'd notice and would get it resolved. they cant make money if we cant list, ha!
holding off on listing anything for the time being, hopefully we see it resolved soon!

only a few are showing up in my store.

·3 weeks agoI am having this issue too. Listed about 35 listings today and nothing is showing up. Will these just go live when they fix this or will we have to relist everything?

·3 weeks agoHappening to my new listings today also. Luckily, I had pinned them to Pinterest. By clicking on pinned image, it takes me to my ebay listing. That's the only way I can view my listing.

·3 weeks agoIt is happening to us as well, In clothing no matter what i try to list it lists but it cannot be found in store anywhere and it does not add to the quantity of items i have listed as if it does not exist

·3 weeks agoSeeing the same thing here. Also ended some items with plans of updating photos and description and relisting and my seller page shows the correct amount of unsold & relist items but when i click on it it is only showing 1/2 the amount of items.

·3 weeks agoSame - and 30+ items that I ended today are in the shadowlands somewhere - these should be in my inactive listings and aren't - also I just listed an item and it is not showing up in my active listings -

Hey @secretlakellc2 ! Our Product team is aware that the issue of seller's ended listings, newly listed listings and relisted listings are not showing in active listing page or draft listings page or in inactive section. There is an open ticket under ALERT17029 and they are working on a solution asap.

·2 weeks agoWhen are they going to fix this? It’s been going on for months. June is when I first noticed this. Will eBay be reimbursing us for lost revenue? I don’t think so!
