Listing Traffic History not working
Anyone else getting blank Listing Traffic windows when clicking on View Traffic History, even for items showing a recent views total?聽 And yes, I've cleared my cache and cookies.

路4 months ago@mcdougle4248聽does the data look accurate to you? I just heard from another seller who says the issue with it being blank/just spinning has been resolved for them but the data being displayed appears to be only showing organic traffic, not promoted.

I just checked a few of my variation listings (they tend to get the most promoted views), and I am seeing both organic and promoted traffic.

路4 months agoYes I'm having the same issue. I have a couple accounts and it's the same issue for both accounts. I have the same issue if I switch browsers (Chrome and Edge). I have the same issue when I switch to a different computer. They keep saying clear cache, but that can't be the issue with multiple computer having the same problem.聽

Hey聽@hartungcards! Thank you for tagging me. There is an open ticket for the聽Listing Traffic History pop up showing blank in view item page instead of the actual listing traffic history graph. The ticket is聽ALERT16612 and the Product team is looking into a solution roll out.聽

I guess...This is due to an annual increase in system activity experienced during this period, which has caused processing delays.

Seriously, you can report the issue using the ? in the lower right of the Active Listings page.
