Listing tool is down
I can't list new items or revise listings. Drafts also will not post. Says it's a "global error" and that it's "not working right this second" and to try again later. Doesn't say it's being worked on or anything. Last night, eBay also tried to claim they couldn't verify my bank account (that I've been using the entire time and everything has been fine). Thankfully, that is now resolved. Not allowing listings is not acceptable.

·2 years agoLots of sellers are experiencing this issue today, including me. I was unable to reach an actual person at eBay "support" after waiting over 30 minutes. If they still have any employees who monitor the discussion boards then maybe they'll find out about it that way. Extremely frustrating, to say the least...

·2 years agojust started having the same problem after doing about 15 listings. Now I can't create a new listing or revise an existing listing. "Global error...." I'm on PC/Chrome.

Are you using the app or on the site?
