Listing tool doesn't work. White screen after search for match.

Each time I try to list an item, I get to the "continue without match" screen, and then the listing tool quits and the screen goes white. Tried reloading, tried going back and entering again, tried turning off and back on. Frustrating.

Have you cleared your cache/cookies, and tried a completely different browser - ie, Firefox, Chrome
