Listing Quality Report Not on Performance Tab of Seller Hub

I'm no longer seeing a link to the Listing Quality Report on my Seller Hub's Performance tab. Did it get relocated?

It hasn't been working. I kept getting error messages. Maybe that's why they removed it (again)?

So far we are still being told it's a technical issue, and like you said even when it has been showing lately there is an error message when trying to download so there is clearly something going on.
