Your listing 336812093444 only has shipping available to the European Union. eBay.com (or eBay USA) is based in the USA, and it only shows items that are available to be shipped to the USA.
I know the listing is a digital item, so you aren't planning to ship anything physically. eBay USA policy does not allow digital-delivered items, so there is no option for digital shipping available. On eBay USA, in-game items are only allowed to be listed and sold as Classified Ads, in the Information Products category.
You should check the policy on eBay Germany, I believe it is the same. There may be a lot of digital items being sold, but they are the ones that eBay hasn't removed yet.
