Leaving Feedback on purchase issue

Unable to leave feedback for item purchased, when I click on "leave feedback" for seller, it takes me to a "rate this product" menu

Just scroll down further on that screen to leave feedback for the seller -- it's much further below the "rate this product" nonsense.

Rating the product is optional; you should be able to leave a feedback comment for the seller without providing a star rating for the product.
