Last sales during techinical outage

Is the outage resolved and will sellers be advised of the root cause? Is our personal data at risk? Also, will sellers be compensated in anyway for the loss of sales during the outage? I had a buyer for a larger $ item stating they tried multiple times to accept my offer and pay for it but they got an error message each time. They finally gave.

They will let you know when they know (nobody knows this in less than 24hrs

From what we have read here, it would appear that the issue has been resolved for some of us, but not for others.

And it seems also that some aspects are now working fine, but not others.

Sorry, no reassuring information at this time.

No, sellers will not be compensated for loss of sales during the outage.
