Last item sold remaing in notification

So the last item I sold is still showing up on the mobile app as well as showing up in my notification on desktop. This item has already had a label made and picked up by USPS. This happened with my last item sold as well and was just replaced with this item when it sold. Any ideas???

Same here! Frustrating! All these false reminders of things that have been sold and shipped now flagged as important new sales. eBay please fix this and the shipping label issue!!
