Keep getting "Ebay API request failed: You've provided an invalid return policy" ARGH
If it isn't one thing its another. Trying to upload a product from Printful, where I have never had any problems, now won't publish because "Ebay API request failed and returned an error. Error: You've provided an invalid return policy."
Of course this is wrong. I have checked and doublechecked every single listing, my Business Policies etc etc over and over again. Spoke to Printful CS (whom you can actually get a hold of in less than a minute! ARE YOU LISTENING EBAY?) who say there is no problem on their end, its coming from Ebay.
Three days later error still there. I mean I could contact Ebay CS but I probably don't have another half century to wait. Any ideas?

·2 years agoOn Printiful click on the three lines on the left. Scroll down click stores, select choose platform. Re add the Ebay store. It will have you login to ebay . Choose a policy, hit continue

·3 years agoI have same issue , dod you could make it fix, I tried many times and different products thinking they only want from your country to sell in your country. Please let me know in case you could fix it.
